The history of this association began in a few years after the project was officially launched by a few members who took the initiative to unite the buyers. To protect the interests of all buyers and to speak in one voice with the builder for smooth completion of the project, an association was formed. The association was named as “Fairmont Flat Owners Association” and duly registered under Societies Act of Tamil Nadu on 07.11.2020, with all rules and regulations in place to ensure there is an harmoniously functioning community when the project is handed over. The association comprises of a twelve member executive committee of that four members form the core committee who are the office bearers includes the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. The core committee is also called the steering committee which is responsible to coordinate with the internal and external parties such as Government authorities, builder, vendors, etc.,
